Support Your Organisation and Workforce Through a Leading Indigenous Cultural Awareness and Competency eLearning Program
Corporate Culcha’s Cultural Capability eLearning program has been successfully integrated into the workplaces of many of Australia’s largest companies, government departments and organisations.
Cultural Capability eLearning program
Our package provides the first steps to Cultural Awareness and Competency and is the core component of a workplace blended learning solution. We deliver examples of competency based practice via case studies, video interviews and role plays to support employment, engagement, procurement, and customer service skill development.
Our program leaves participants with practical tools and skills they can use immediately in their day to day responsibilities, rather than just information. Our flexible program design allows for customisation and branding to meet the needs of your organisation, with your internal actions and initiatives socialised and embedded within program if required.
