Susan Parker Pavlovic is a proud Yaegl woman from Maclean in Northern NSW, with strong family links to neighboring Gumbaynggiir and Bundjalung nations.
Susan has worked for Corporate Culcha since January 2022. Susan started as Corporate Culcha’s Community Projects Lead in January 2023, and has led a number of projects including contract management of the Literacy, Numeracy and Digital skills Remote Community Pilot based in Doomadgee. Facilitation and community engagement for government departments, Mentoring for first nations corporate employees, as well as working on an evaluation of a social emotional wellbeing project.
Susan brings over 20 years of experience working in both Government and non Government organizations on a wide variety of Aboriginal Health policy, project and research roles. Susan has experience working in grassroots Aboriginal Health, Aboriginal Policy, the university sector, Human Resources, Contract Management, Teaching and facilitation roles, program evaluations, research projects and event coordination.
Susan holds formal qualifications with a Bachelor of Health Science, and also a Graduate Diploma Indigenous Health Promotion. Susan has previously completed a Certificate IV in Alcohol and other Drugs, Certificate IV in Mental Health, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Susan is down to earth, with a good sense of humor. Susan connects with people quickly and enjoys working on a variety of roles getting to know people, working towards a common goal and having a good laugh in the process.
