(COMMUNITY AND BUSINESS)

Kitrina Bushell has been an integral team member of the Corporate Culcha team since 2011. She has led the co-design, development, and successful implementation of culturally grounded job-readiness and mentoring training programs for multiple communities and organisations, achieving our clients' strategic goals and advancing Closing the Gap employment outcomes for First Nations people.

She has over 20 years' experience in management, training and facilitation with not-for-profits, government entities, hospitality, retail, tourism, employment, recruitment and registered training organisations.  Her speciality area is working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Kitrina holds certified qualifications, including the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Certificate IV in Mentoring Diverse Groups (Indigenous Mentoring).  Her engaging, flexible, collaborative, and inclusive style, combined with her extensive training experience, makes her a natural facilitator who adapts quickly to any workplace environment.

Kitrina works comfortably across a range of scenarios, from very remote regions supporting clients with varying levels of literacy and numeracy to the corporate arena, working with the likes of Qantas, ANZ and Westpac.  Kitrina has delivered accredited and non-accredited training to Job Services Australia staff and their client base, being the Indigenous and non-Indigenous jobseekers and students entering and re-entering the workforce.

Exploring opportunities, innovation, and education drives Kitrina, and she is passionate about First Nations Mentoring, community and industry engagement.
