Kitrina Bushell has been working with Corporate Culcha since 2011 in a variety of roles. Kitrina has over 20 years, experience in the management, training and facilitation having worked in the past for a range of not-for-profits, government entities, hospitality, retail, tourism, employment, recruitment, and registered training organisations.  Her speciality area is working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Most recently Kitrina has been involved in the project management and training product development area within Corporate Culcha assisting the team to achieve the goals and outcomes of our clients and our business.

Kitrina holds certified qualifications including: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Certificate IV in Mentoring Diverse Groups (Indigenous Mentoring).  Her engaging, flexible, collaborative and inclusive style combined with her extensive training experience makes her a natural facilitator who is quick to adapt to any workplace environment.

Kitrina works comfortably within a range of scenarios from very remote regions supporting clients with varying levels of literacy and numeracy to the corporate arena working with the likes of Qantas, ANZ and Westpac.  Kitrina has delivered accredited and non-accredited training to Job Services Australia staff and their client base, being the Indigenous and non-Indigenous jobseekers and students entering and re-entering the workforce.
