Bianca Cook
FACILITATOR | Cultural Competency Leader
Bianca Cook is a proud descendant of the Thunghutti, Worimi, and Jawoyn peoples of New South Wales and the Northern Territory. A passionate advocate for education, mental health, and cultural understanding, Bianca is committed to building strong, connected communities through her work with both First Nations and non-Indigenous Australians.

Bianca brings extensive experience across the training, health, and education sectors. She is a skilled and experienced facilitator of a wide range of programs covering First Nations cultural awareness, mental health programs and wellbeing programs. Bianca delivers impactful training creating a positive and safe environment for learners to explore the specific experiences of First Nations colleagues and communities and to create positive actions and initiatives for the future.

Bianca has developed and delivered tailored cultural awareness training packages for a range of audiences, including the private education sector, government ministries, and other organisations. Her background as an Alcohol and Other Drugs Practitioner has further shaped her deep understanding of community needs and wellbeing approaches.
​
Since 2017, Bianca has worked closely with Corporate Culcha, contributing as a consultant, facilitator, and mentor through our corporate mentoring service. She is known for her warmth, openness, and dedication to creating safe and meaningful learning environments. She has a strong relationship with several Corporate Culcha clients including Hearing Australia, Santos, ANZ, the University of Canberra, and Indigenous Business Australia.

Bianca is also a leader within our health and wellbeing training organisation, the National Wellbeing Alliance, where she oversees quality assurance of the programs, business development, and facilitation of various mental health and wellness programs.
​
An award-winning leader in cultural competency, Bianca was recognised with the Australia Day Award in 2017 for her contributions on the Gold Coast and named one of Gold Coast's Most Inspiring Women for International Women's Day 2021. She has contributed to major initiatives with Beyond Blue, Dovetail, and the AFL and is committed to empowering First Nations communities while fostering reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians.

Bianca is driven by the belief that sharing knowledge and lived experience can help create lasting, positive change for individuals and communities across Australia.
