CORPORATE CULCHA - INDIGENOUS WORKFORCE, TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
Indigenous Employment Strategies

Building on our extensive cultural awareness programs, Corporate Culcha also offers a comprehensive service to assist with Indigenous workforce, training and development.

Pre-employment Training

Our consultants are highly qualified to design best practice strategies to meet organizational needs. They can also advise on the various state and federal government subsidies and services available to the business sector to support the recruitment, development and long-term retention of Indigenous employees.

Developing an Indigenous Employment Strategy enhances the recruitment, development and long-term retention of Indigenous staff.

Finding the right person to fulfil a job is far more complex than creating the job itself. Corporate Culcha provides simple effective solutions to attract, train, recruit, retain and support Indigenous talent and employers during both the recruitment and employment phase.
